3) Teaching tips that can be used in special needs schools Devised with a outlook on music and sound

Hello. This time, I will write about “music with a good outlook”.

【Introduction】
Music is used very effectively to understand the environment.

For example, music that flows when the traffic light at the crosswalk turns blue, the countdown sound of the time report “Pi, Pit, Pi, Pun”, music that flows before the announcement before the train comes, etc. These are determined by where they flow, when they flow, and how long they flow, and when we listen to them,

we make decisions such as listening and moving.

[The plan to inform at school is often based on visual teaching materials]
It is a personal opinion, but I feel that there are a lot of visual teaching materials in the  school.

For example, time discounts, class cards, face photo cards, and daily tables. If I had visual information, every time I finished one class, I would say, “Now this is over. Here’s what’s next. You can present the beginning and the end, and you can say, “What are you going to do next?” When you think, you can compare the clock with the time discount and prepare for the next class.

[Blind corner of visual teaching materials]
I think that is not the case when it is all-round visual teaching materials.  For example, it is difficult to grasp the length of time unless it is an hourglass such as “how long to do this”. Also, if you are absorbed in something, you may forget to look at the clock, and if you are not visually and have an auditory advantage, you may not be able to get information very well.

[Let people know by music] Not
all the students are gathered in the classroom, and there is no teacher for some reason. At that time, “What’s going on?” “How long are you going to make me wait?” Some students become less calm. In addition, some students do not know when and what to do. At that time, I put music on and said, “When this song is over, I’ll say the beginning greeting. What if I told you?

【Any song is ok】
If it is only music to let you know, what song is ok? But I’ve decided on some rules.

・ If you don’t play your favorite ⇒ get excited and you may not be able to proceed to the next activity.

・ If the lyrics are easy to understand or have lyrics, ⇒ will not be prepared while the music is playing.

・ Know how long a student can wait, and make the playing time acceptable.

・ Make it appropriate for the activities you are looking for, such as a 5-minute song to prepare, a 2-minute song to sit and wait, and so on.

・ Before cooking, choose a song that you can see what you want to do next, such as “Cue 0-3 minutes 0 cooking theme tune”.

[Advantages of playing music]
It is important to clearly declare the start and end times, such as greeting the beginning when the song is over.

Teachers often value the kindness they wait for, and students who are rather dingy say, “We’ll start when we’re ready. “If you wait a little longer, we’ll start together.” I often say things like”
